Your domain and content
Your domain stays registered in your own account and name. You keep ownership of the business content you provide. We help you choose a suitable domain and hosting plan.
Your website handover
After full payment, you receive the finished website files and custom code created for your project. Your domain and hosting stay in your own accounts, and you keep ownership of the business content you supply. Third-party software, templates, and services remain subject to their own licence terms.
If you stop maintenance
Stopping maintenance does not take away your paid-for website, delivered files, or account access. You can manage it yourself or choose another provider. Updates, monitoring, and backups covered by our maintenance plan end with that plan; domain, hosting, and other provider fees remain your responsibility.
Know the first-year and renewal costs
Domain and hosting are purchased separately. Check current prices with Hostinger or your chosen provider. We help you compare the introductory offer, billing period, renewal price, and applicable taxes before you choose.
Payment stages in writing
Before work begins, your proposal confirms our setup fee, any deposit and payment stages, third-party costs, and any maintenance charges. We also explain recurring AI or subscription costs where relevant.

Extra pages, features, and integrations are scoped and quoted before they proceed. Your agreed plan distinguishes one-time charges from recurring charges and confirms what each covers.

When does the delivery clock start?
After the scope is confirmed and the required content and access are received. Starter is scheduled for 48 hours, Business for 3–4 days, and Custom for 7 days. Changes to scope or dependencies are discussed before the schedule is adjusted.
Does included AI cover unlimited usage?
No. Business and Custom include an AI assistant, but provider usage and ongoing AI costs are separate. We agree on allowances, monitoring, limits, and overage handling before launch.
How much is the Starter AI add-on?
It is quoted separately after we understand your approved business information, required functionality, and integrations. No fixed add-on price is published. You can select Starter + AI when making an enquiry.
Are hosting, maintenance, and the domain included?
They are quoted separately. Your domain and hosting stay in your own accounts. We help you check introductory and renewal costs. Maintenance coverage and backups are specified in your agreed plan.
How are payment and additional work handled?
Your proposal confirms the payment terms, scope, and responsibilities before work starts. Additional features or work beyond that scope are reviewed and quoted before they proceed.
